I received my Bachelors degree in History from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2005. I immediately entered their graduate program, receiving my Masters in History from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2008. My thesis dealt with differing class visions of American feminism and was titled Ladies Versus Women: Class Conflict in the Feminist Movement of the Gilded Age and Progressive Era.

Teaching |
I began teaching at Texas A&M University-Commerce as an Instructor of Record for survey level history courses. After this, I taught in an inner-city charter school in Dallas, at Guyer High School in Denton, TX, until finally making my way to Marlborough High School, in Marlborough Massachusetts.
